The Chong
Kai Cemetery is smaller than the one in town. Containing the remains
of 1,750 prisoners of war, it is neatly arranged with beautiful
flowers and well hedged. One can rent boats to the cemetery at
the pier in front of the town gate or from agents at the bridge.

This means that sooner or later, there will be humans who can be killed in accidents or by intention, but will not die because of having reached a certain age, or because of physiological failure.
