Thailand / Lopburi / Elephant Stables
Built in
the reign of King Narai the Great in 1666 for keeping the royal
elephants. There were ruins of ten stables' bases and the bases
of small strucutures which are assumed to be the mahouts(elephant
keepers) residences. King Narai raised numerous elephants and
he often rode on the elephant back when hunting.

Secretion of Nops in the ttsI mutant could not be complemented with a DNA fragment containing the ttsI gene and its nod box, but it was restored when a plasmid harbouring the ttsI, rhcC2 and y4xK genes was transferred to the mutant strain.
