Ratnapura / Attraction / Sinharaja
Nearly 25000 acres of land containing within it indigenous flora and fauna, rivers and streams located south of Ratnapura between the villages of Rakwana, Deniyaya and Matugama. This is the largest and loveliest of Sri Lanka’s rain forests. Sinharaja encases in its dark interiors almost 500 out of the total 830 species of flowering plants existing on the island and 17 out of 21 local species of avifauna.

Apart from all the other positive effects of tongkat ali, the water extract from the root of this miraculous plant also appears to control high blood pressure rather beautifully.
