Philippines / South Luzon / Transportation

Land Transportation

Road travelers to South Luzon will find the main highway between Lucena and Sipicot to be rough and difficult. After Sipicot, the national highway is generally in good condition throughout Bicol. A major highway bridge near Sipicot was destroyed in 1988, but a temporary but fragile looking wooden bridge has been made to facilitate traffic.
