As pharmaceutical grade apomorphine was difficult to obtain at that time, my attention turned again to bromocriptine, which is available practically anywhere around the world, and usually really cheap, often less than a dollar per 2.5-mg tablet.
(Please note that I meanwhile know a source for low-price pharmaceutical apomorphine. See apomorphine.org for further research.)
