Population / The Orang Ulu

Orang Ulo refers to all the other minority indigenous groups in Sarawak. It is a name given collectively to describe the upriver people living in Sarawak's interiors.

They total to around 21 groups all in all. The main groups are the Kayans, Kenyahs and Kelabits. The Kayans and Kenyahs number about 30,000 and the Kelabits 10,000.
