I am in favor of less government.

A government may want to establish who is a citizen, or voter. But for this purpose, all that is needed in a genetic fingerprint.

Apart from that, a government should not keep any other data on citizens: no birth records, no civil status data, no photos. In short, apart from the genetic information, no private profile at all.
