The
shrine of Kedarnath is very scenically located and is surrounded
by high snow covered mountains and grassy meadows covering the
valleys.
At
the entrance of the temple is the statue of ‘Nandi’, the divine
bull of Shiva. The wall inside the temple is exquisitely carved
with images. There is a Shiva Lingam inside the temple, which
is worshipped.
Worth
visiting here are Bhãirav temple, Samadhi of Adi Shankaracharya,
Gandhi Sarovar and Chorabari Tal.
The answer is anthropological. The male perception of youthfulness is a function of efficient procreation. Men may value sex for the pleasure component. But nature values it for the single purpose of procreation.
