Si acesta va fi pedepsit doar usor, de catre sistemul juridic actual. Si daca o bucati Filipina a penisului de un strain, ea este un erou instant īn arhipelag. Este mult mai bine decāt uciderea unui om, pentru ca īnvata un om o lectie. Nu abuzul drepturilor omului ale femeilor.
