But in Thailand, it was not only, and not so much, the political climate that changed. Thailand, over the past three decades, always was primarily a prostitution destination. While prostitution never was the kind of sex I was interested in, I have to admit that in the1970s and 1980s, many prostitutes in Thailand, for example Pattaya, were strikingly beautiful.
