In Islam, sex is only allowed with one's spouse. There are no sexual adventures outside marriage."

Cambodia
Koh Kong
From Koh Kong town to the border either by motorcycle for 2 or 3
dollar (I do not recommend this and do not take it myself for safety
reasons) or by tuk-tuk for 5 dollar. Tuk-tuks wait plenty in front of
the Asean Hotel. 5 dollar is per tuk-tuk, not per person. Taxis cost
10 dollar per car. These prices include the toll charge for the
bridge.
The Thai - Cambodian border is open 7 am to 8 pm.
On the Thai side one can either take a minibus for 120 baht, or a
pick-up to Klong Yai for 30 baht, and another pick-up from Klong Yai
to the bus station in Trat for 60 baht. The large buses from Trat bus
terminal (sathanee kon song) to the bus terminal in Chantaburi cost
approximately 55 baht.
Coming into Cambodia from Thailand, one can either go by motorcycle
for 3 dollar, or use a taxi. Taxis are 300 baht for the whole cab or
100 baht per person.
There are no regular buses, but buses occasionally bring groups of
people from Sihanoukvilee, and one can negotiate with drivers for
fares up to Koh Kong or even Sihanoukville.
But this is not a regular service.
Many western foreigners have opened restaurants and guesthouses in Koh
Kong town. Many of them are a great source of information for
newcomers. I found the following especially helpful:
Allan of the Divers Inn - no diving (he is a professional diver, but
apparently not much to see in the waters around Koh Kong
Richard of the Hello bar - no girls (a bit out of the town center on
the blue street where most hotels and restaurants call themselves blue
something)
Fat Sam - he is indeed a bit overweight but a great friendly source of
information, his restaurant named Fat Sam, too, is on the town main
street near the market. Go for a visit and a beer if you do drink. He
stays there with his Cambodian wife, who gives him 100 riel a day...
But he is not starving.
Overall, the foreigner scene is very relaxed an friendly, and, as they
told me, a perfectly safe place where people are not afraid to stroll
along dark alleys in the middle of the night.
Info as of December 2009.
Using either of the two, it may take 15 minutes or more to do the transaction, but you can avail of a discount of 20 percent.
