This is Brunei's
largest lake. Interestingly, its shape resembles an "S". In the
middle of the lake is an island which is accessible via a wooden
walkway. The island has pavilion facilities for picnics and recreation.
There is also a trail that leads through the jungle for nature
enthusiasts.

Switching patients with PD from ergot DA to pramipexole, using either a slow or rapid switching method, appeared to be well tolerated and effective, although further dose adjustment may be necessary in some patients after the switch.
